Pakistan Resolution Day

On March 23rd, 1940, the Lahore Resolution set the foundation for the creation of Pakistan, envisioning a separate homeland for Muslims in the Indian subcontinent.  Pakistan Day commemorates this pivotal moment that eventually led to independence in 1947.  From the towering peaks of the Karakoram to the bustling streets of Lahore, the nation reflects diversity, heritage, and ambition.

Pakistan Day celebrates the ideals of unity, faith, and discipline that shaped its founding vision.  It is marked by parades, flag-raising ceremonies, and tributes to national heroes.  The day calls citizens to reflect on progress while recommitting to stability and development.  It stands as a reminder that the spirit of determination continues to guide the nation’s journey.
